Your athletic department's own custom-branded app. Programming delivered to every athlete's phone. Every team communicating in one place. Built to go deep on two things — training and team culture. Not all-in-one, on purpose.
Imagine an incoming freshman opening the football team's summer training program on their phone the week they commit. They see what's expected, who they're training alongside, and what their first eight weeks look like — before they ever step on campus.
Now imagine your coaches opening a dashboard in July and seeing exactly which athletes are completing their summer lifts and which aren't. No more black box. No more guessing in August whether your roster came back ready.
Every sport. Every channel. One place where every schedule change, every film clip, every study hall reminder, every travel update lives — instead of buried in seven different group texts. Athletes who feel like they belong to a program show up differently. To practice. To class. To their teammates. To the season.
The Lab was built by Tyler and J.T. — both coaches. Tyler owns and operates a sports performance gym and currently works with high school athletic programs in Colorado. He interned under Loren Landow at Landow Performance, a nationally regarded sports performance facility.
J.T. is a CSCS with 10 years of coaching experience and did the heavy lifting on building the platform — so every feature was designed by someone who has actually stood in a weight room and run a program, not a development team.
Neither of us has run an athletic department, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. What we've done is program for athletes our whole careers — and we built this with the high school programs Tyler currently works with, designed for the way coaches actually want to coach.
Programming platforms don't communicate. Communication apps don't program. The Lab does both — in your school's own app, with every team and every athlete in one place.
Athletes open the app and see today's session. Coaches open the dashboard and see who's doing the work.
Programs assigned per team and per athlete. Built-in exercise demos, history, and progress tracking so athletes can actually see they're improving. Leaderboards turn that progress into competition athletes want to win. Offseason and summer stop being a black box. Coaches stop wondering who's lifting in July — they can see it.
An athlete's training view — today's session, the demos, the history.
Schedule changes, film links, study hall, travel — in one place every athlete already has on their phone.
Every team gets its own channels. Announcements that actually get read. Captains and coaches lead the conversation. The locker-room culture that builds when conversations live in one place instead of seven group texts — and the AD has visibility across the whole department for the first time.
Team channels — every sport, every roster, every conversation in one place.
The Lab doesn't try to be your scheduling tool, your CRM, your billing system, your eligibility tracker, or your film platform. The market is full of those, and most of them are fine at what they do.
We do two things, and we don't pretend to do anything else. Training delivery and team communication. Because those are the two things that actually shape how an athlete experiences your program — and the two things every other platform treats as an afterthought.
Athletes don't download "The Lab." They download your school's athletics app — with your school's name, your colors, your logo. It lives in the App Store under your brand, not ours.
Recruits see it on visits. Parents see it. Boosters see it. It signals that you're serious about the experience your athletes have — the same way new facilities, gear, and uniforms do. The Lab works behind the scenes.
20 minutes. We'll show you the platform, answer every question, and tell you exactly what it looks like for your program — whether you're running a 4-team high school athletic program or a 22-team college department.
